Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic & Parmesan

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425F.

  2. Toss asparagus with olive oil and salt.

  3. Spread asparagus on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven. Bake for 9-10 minutes for thin asparagus and 13-14 minutes for thicker asparagus.

  4. Transfer to a serving plate. Shave Parmesan over and drizzle with Dark Balsamic.

Tom's Tip

This dish also works well with our delicious White Balsamic!

  • 1 bunch of asparagus with ends trimmed off

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1 oz parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp extravaGONZO Dark Balsamic vinegar
