Avocado Mash Toast with a Kick

  1. Toast the bread, then drizzle one side with the extravaGONZO Jalapeno Lime Oil while toast is still warm.

  2. Put 2 avocado halves on each piece of toast and mash them with a butter knife or fork, spreading the soft fruit to the edges of the toast.

  3. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the toasts, and sprinkle with a pinch or two of red pepper, and season with salt.


Tom's Tip

You can also add a slice of your favorite cheese to the toast before adding the avocado. That really adds a nice layer of delicious to this decadent treat.

  • 4 slices multigrain bread

  • 4 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled

  • 1 lemons, halved

  • crushed red pepper flakes

  • Salt, preferably flaky sea salt
