Asian Salad


This is an easy salad to whirl up, just throw it all in a bowl, mix well and away you go! You can add 1-2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (raw, unfiltered) if you like.

Tom's Tip

I also love to add corn and slivered peppers for added color and crunch!

  • 2 cups Snap Peas, cut into 1” sections

  • 2 cups chopped Bok Choy

  • ½ cup finely chopped Celery

  • ½” Ginger root, finely diced

  • ½” Turmeric Root, finely diced

  • Fresh Ground Black Peppercorns, to taste

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • 2-3 Tbsp extravaGONZO Asian Culinary Oil

  • 2-3 Tbsp fresh squeezed Citrus Juice (orange, lemon, line, whatever ya got)
