Asian Inspired Fish

  1. Heat grill or pan on stove top to medium heat.

  2. While readying cooking surface, drizzle Asian oil onto fillet and spread evenly with fingers (lick your fingers!), crack pepper and sprinkle sea salt.

  3. Lay fillet skin side down onto cooking surface (if using grill, you might want to place fish on foil then onto grill). Cook 8-10 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Enjoy!

Tom's Tip

Squeeze a hint of fresh orange juice as a finishing touch of sweetness.

  • 1 Lb. Fish fillets (Rock fish, Cod, Salmon, etc.)

  • 1 Tbsp extravaGONZO Asian Culinary Oil

  • Fresh Ground Black Peppercorns, to taste

  • Sea Salt, to taste
