    I love vinegars. It was my Mom’s favorite thing and I learned to appreciate it in so many of my own recipes. My pasta salads, a regular at my house, would be the first to try out the vinegars.

    Who would think to put this on ice cream, what flavor of ice cream? As for me I’d use it in a nice marinara and spaghetti sauce.
